According to TMZ.com this picture was purchased from a unknown source at the LAPD. Which is illegal. When ever there is an Domestic Violence investigation. The LAPD are asking if you have any information on how the photo was leak to please contact them. LOL they know no one is going to tell any damn thing lol.... Here is the LAPD document.
